A Helping Hand Always Inc. is a team of experienced professionals providing fee-for-service support across Southern Georgian Bay, including Midland and surrounding communities. The organization offers flexible, 24/7 services for individuals and families needing additional support in daily living and specialized care.

Staff come from a range of professional backgrounds, including Personal Support Work, Developmental Services, Social Work, Psychology, and Child and Youth Work, and are trained in areas such as mental health first aid, ASIST, CPR/First Aid, and safe management practices.

The organization specializes in supporting individuals with autism and related conditions, including ADHD, seizure disorders, Fragile X, Down syndrome, and FAS. Short-, medium-, and long-term respite services are also available at their residential homes in Springwater, Ontario, designed to provide a safe and welcoming “home away from home” environment.
