Invitation:
The Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce, representing the four Municipalities of Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny and Tay, would like to invite and encourage Chamber Members to serve on the next Municipal councils. Councils should have good, healthy business representation from different business sectors. By-Laws, taxes, road conditions, tourism, or industrial stability, are all decisions made at the local council level which impact all size businesses and the communities’ economic growth. Members need to consider running for the Municipal elections this fall to facilitate working collaboratively as a region (Southern Georgian Bay) and to move forward in creating a positive community to live, work and play.
