Our Mindfulness Workshop is a two hour workshop that dispels the myths around Mindfulness as being a difficult practice that requires a lot of training and/or patience. Learn practical and applicable ways to apply Mindfulness to your everyday life without enormous time commitments. This is a fun and interactive workshop that will offer lots of introductory mindfulness practices as well as step by step instructions for implementing more positive mental health practices into your life. Some “mindful snacking” might take place so please let us know during registration of any allergies or dietary restrictions. The cost is $30.00 per person. Registration is required.
