Huge Indoor Garage Sale Fundraiser
The Penetanguishene Curling Club/Team Howard Community Centre will be holding a garage sale to raise money for various summer projects and repairs needed to the facility. They will be accepting donations from members and the public from May 6th to May 10th at the club each evening from 6:00pm till 8:00pm. You can also call Jim Hutchinson at 705-529-5973 to make arrangements to drop items off if you are not available during evening hours.
The garage sale will be held on Friday, May 10th from 6:00pm till 9:00pm and Saturday, May 11th from 9:00am till 12:00pm.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with set-up, running the sale and clean-up afterwards. If you are available and would like to help out please contact me at davidbrunelle@rogers.com or 705-716-7124.
For anyone who wishes to come out and support the club/community centre during the sale or drop off items for the sale we are located at 8 Owen Street, Penetanguishene. Please inform or forward this email to your family, friends and associates as we are looking for as many items as possible for the sale.
**Please note that we no longer accept tube televisions, car seats, booster seats, cribs and selected large items and furnishings. All items brought to the Curling Club may not be accepted by the Garage Sale Committee. If you are unsure of an item please contact Jim or myself in advance to determine if the item is acceptable or not.
**Please do not leave items outside the Curling Club if no one is there to accept them.
