We have had a number of requests for the return of our Coping with Stress Workshop. This is a two hour workshop that offers a number of skills and coping tools for dealing with stress and other unpleasant moods. It is an excellent refresher for those that already have some skills under their belt or a great introduction to those that are new to the positive mental health scene. If you are looking to support yourself, a loved one or are simply looking to expand your understanding of skills that work for addressing mental health concerns this would be a good fit for you. The cost is $30.00 per person. Registration is required.
