The Town of Midland is holding a Pre-Construction Open House for Phase 2 of the King Street Rejuvenation Project!

When: Thursday, March 19, 2020
Time: 4 p.m to 8 p.m.
Where: North Simcoe Sports & Recreation Centre – Community Hall, 527 Len Self Boulevard, Midland

*Please note, this Open House is drop-in style. There will be no formal presentation.*

The purpose of this Open House is to:

• Coordinate the upcoming Phase 2 of the rejuvenation project with businesses and downtown residents;
• Answer questions and explain more about Phase 2, with Town Staff, Tatham Engineering Staff and Arnott Construction Staff available; and
• Provide construction drawings for the upcoming work, construction sequencing plans, and Traffic Control plans.

It is recommended that all King Street area businesses attend this meeting so they’re more aware of what to expect during Phase 2.

We hope to see you in person at the Open House, however should you not be able to attend, the material on display will be added to Engaging Midland following the Open House, and you will be able to ask questions and submit feedback on there as well.
