The making of what Dillon’s is today was a long sixteen year journey. Before Dillon’s opened on King St, owner Ricky Dillon enrolled in an entrepreneurial business course to learn how to run, manage, and market his dream. He worked in other restaurants of various sizes to learn about the business and was mentored by the managers of his various positions to gain the knowledge necessary to run a successful restaurant and help shape what he wanted to provide to the community!
Dillon’s Wood Fired Pizza opened on May 4, 2016 in downtown Midland, and owner Ricky has continuously strived to provide Midland with delicious, fresh food in a unique environment with staff that are dedicated and feel like family! Dillon’s Wood Fired Pizza is certified by the great Maestro Pasquale who is famous for creating Napoletana Wood Fired Pizza in Naples, Italy for over 25 years.
